1. Our Salon
We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon services.
We have taken steps to abide by social distance guide lines.
Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each client.
All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service.
Sanitised gowns will always be used at all times.
We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors open and windows open where possible.
We will if required, extend opening hours and divide our teams into shifts whilst ensuring social distancing.
2. Our Team
All team members are trained to care for our clients in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner.
We have agreed social distancing for our team in communal staff areas.
Staff have been briefed not to attend the salon if they have a temperature or feel unwell or if any person in their household is unwell of self-isolating.
3. Our Professional Services
Our team will wear masks, visors and disposable aprons on salon floor and will wash their hands before and after every client.
Salon consultations will be done at the styling station and via the mirror to minimise face to face interaction.
4. Client Arrival
We will greet you warmly but without a hand shake.
We would ask clients to arrive alone unless escorting a child also requiring a haircut.
Waiting area will be arranged to adhere to social distancing.
5. We Ask You The Clients To:
- Arrive with clean (just shampooed) hair
- Wear a face covering [essential]
- To use the sanitiser provided when you enter the salon
- We will not have magazines in the salon
DO NOT COME TO THE SALON IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS UNWELL OR SELF-ISOLATING.

ON ARRIVAL PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AS IT IS LIKELY TO BE QUEUED IF SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AS WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 3 / 4 CLIENTS IN THE WAITING AREA AT ANY ONE TIME TO KEEP WITHIN THE GUIDE LINES FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR ADJUST THESE GUIDELINES BASED ON GOVERNMENT POLICY AND NEW RESEARCH TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OR ALL OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS.
